The Fireye Phoenix Series 2 85UVF/IRF flame scanners are advanced, microprocessor-based devices featuring solid-state ultraviolet (UV) or infrared (IR) sensors for precise and reliable flame detection. Engineered for high performance, these scanners include an internal flame relay with auto-adjusting ON/OFF thresholds, eliminating the need for external flame amplifiers or switches.

Advanced Flame Detection Technology
Phoenix flame scanners are designed to monitor flame flicker modulations across a wide frequency range. During setup, the scanner automatically records the modulation amplitudes of the target flame and determines the optimum ON/OFF thresholds. It also auto-selects the appropriate sensor gain for enhanced accuracy. The system integrates full self-diagnostics and electronic self-checking for increased safety and reduced maintenance downtime.
